I have bought and sold multiple properties over the last 20 years and I can without hesitation say that my experience with Dan and Debi was absolutely the best I have ever had. I do not say this lightly as some of the experiences I have had were less than stellar. Also I am not one to heap on praise where it undeserved– but in this case I was clearly and pleasingly served better than any previous real estate sales/purchase experience. This team was responsive, patient, understanding, helpful and never once did either try to pressure me into any decision. They each made it clear that they would help guide me through the processes and that any decision was mine alone to make. That–to me– exemplified their professionalism, their advocacy and their notion that their knowledge and guidance was there for me to tap into whenever needed. Purchasing a home and selling a home are sometimes emotional decisions that aren’t easily navigated. But Dan and Debi always made it clear that they were there to help and whatever decision we ultimately made was the right decision. I truly appreciate that attitude and philosophy. I recommend Dan and Debi to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home in the Palm Springs area because they made the journey through the entire process so pleasant and they know treat their clients with respect. Their confidence and expertise was unmatched by any experience I have ever had.
