My experience with Dan & Debi Valentino was 100% positive. They handled all aspects of selling our property: listings, marketing, open houses, showings and the closing expertly and efficiently. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars for “Negotiation Skills” is because the buyer’s offer matched the asking / listing price, therefore very little negotiating was involved. I highly recommend Dan & Debi to an prospective home buyers or sellers.
