this review is long overdue – the fact that we are still thinking about and grateful for the outstanding guidance from Dan and Debi, has compelled me to write. We met the Valentino’s about 5 years ago when they sold us our first home in Palm Springs (the Mesa). We were thrill with every aspect of the transaction and very pleased with their support and counsel. A little over a year ago we decided we needed something a little larger – we also had retirement off on the horizon and wanted to find the perfect home for the long term. Debi and Dan listened carefully and then took us to see some pre-selected homes that were in our budget and meeting our long wish list of “must haves”. After a few coordinated visits of pre-existing homes, they suggested we might want to consider a new build. They took us to a small gated community and we were sold. Service didn’t stop there…because we were travelling back and forth to the desert, Dan and Debi kept and eye on construction and intervened on our behalf if/when something needed to be course corrected. We closed on the new home last November. We then asked Dan and Debi to sell our smaller home in the Mesa. Within days we had a full price offer and a separate offer for all of our furnishings. We were thrilled. We also were grateful for the time and attention Dan gave to getting a list of items completed prior to close. Dan and Debi provide superior customer service. They know the Palm Springs real estate market expertly and work hard to get us into the right home and out of the one we had out grown. We appreciate their constant communication and their attention to the smallest of details. If/when we buy/sell again in the Palm Springs area, there is only one real estate firm we would call. Whether you want to be educated on the local market, or are even thinking of buying or selling – give Dan and Debi a call. They’ll listen first and then, if/when you are ready to make a move…they will be there to help you every step of the way.
