We met Dan Valentino at an open house when we decided we might like to buy a place in Palm Springs as a 2nd home. We were honest that we could not afford the house he was showing but he was still pleasant. He wasn’t all over us asking whether we had an agent but acted very professionally.
We decided we would like to work with Dan and set up an appointment where we met both Dan and Debi.
From the very beginning we found them to understand what we were looking for and never tried to push us in any other direction. They selected potential homes to view that fit our requirements and expectations. They previewed everything as we had little time to search and saved us a lot of time from seeing unsuitable places. They were always open to discussion, queries and questions. If we wanted to see a place they never hesitated to get us a viewing.
We didn’t find a house initially but kept in touch. Any email during this time was replied to quickly and clearly.
We returned again several months later to view more homes. We had one week! Again, they searched out places for us that met our critieria, gave us good, thoughtful and honest answers without every imposing their views. They advised us without pushing us and were always professional and friendly. They gave us much of their time given that they were working with other clients and never rushed us even as they were busy trying to close or list other properties with other clients.
We did purchase a place after narrowing it down between three homes. Dan helped us with the pros and cons in our selection, did further research and presented additional info on the neighbourhoods etc. Since then he and Debi have helped us every step of the way which has been invaluable as we live in a different country and have a different process. We always knew they were on our side and looking after our interests. They are just good people and go all out to help their clients.

AS A FURTHER COMMENT TO OUR ABOVE REVIEW we would like to mention that several months after Escrow was completed, Dan and Debi have been invaluable in continuing to offer guidance and assistance. We have had a couple of situations arise that we could not deal with given we are out of the state and have not yet moved into our new home. In every case, Dan and Debi were responsive and involved in ensuring that the property was being looked after and went above and beyond in their help and were always willing. They have now spent time and energy above the initial purchase of a home. You can’t go wrong in working with Valentino & Valentino. They are good people and great to have on your side.
