I met Dan in 2006, when I went to one of his open houses. I had just moved to the desert from Ohio. I casually mentioned that I hoped to buy one day and Dan asked my “specs”. The market was still booming and what I wanted in my price range was almost nonexistant. In fact, most agents would just laugh when I told them. Dan and Debi perservered for THREE years and ultimately found my dream home ! Naturally, it was a short sale, but they eased me through effortlessly. They were available at any given moment, and went WAY over and above what was “usual and customary”. I cannot say enough positive accolades about these two and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to everyone I encounter.
